POETRY: Wizards and Bitches Parade

Jul 5, 2015 | | Say something

Wizards and bitches, mongrels and cows

How the world flies, amazes and wows.

For in time and out of time it’s time for a rhyme

For the rhyming of time is key to the sublime

And don’t talk to wizards about sublimation

They’ll give you keys to pure indoctrination

And don’t talk to bitches about sterilisation

They’ll tell you that it’s just not for this occasion.

Bigger and stricter and faster and longer

Witches and bitches and warlocks and a war monger

And don’t talk to warriors about being a conqueror

They’ll tell you some nonsense that couldn’t be any wronger

And don’t talk to witches about frogs, warts and burning

They’ll teach you everything you need, for your unlearning.

And don’t talk to strangers for strange things get said

Pull up the covers, tuck away your body, and hide in your bed.

Porn stars, painters, elves, and a butler called Jeeves

They dance in your head, these things are all make-believe

So close your eyes tight, but don’t be afraid,

You just dreamed a dream

Of the Wizards and Bitches Parade.
